CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that life can be unpredictable! My goal is to provide every guest with a wonderful salon experience while respecting everyone’s time. Please review the following policies before booking your appointment. • Less than 24 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total will apply. • No-shows: 100% of the scheduled service total will be charged. *After your first cancellation or no-show, a credit card will be required on file to secure all future appointments. *By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. Thank you for respecting my time and allowing me the opportunity to accommodate other guests! SERVICES & SATISFACTION Your satisfaction is important to me! While all completed services are non-refundable, I offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for new clients and existing clients making a significant hair change. If you’re unhappy with your results, please contact me within 14 days of your appointment so I can address your concerns. Sometimes a simple toner adjustment or a few additional foils can make all the difference! I cannot be responsible for changes or alterations made to your hair after leaving the salon. ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES Your safety and comfort are a priority! Please disclose any known allergies, skin sensitivities, previous reactions, or relevant medical conditions before your service. Certain services may require a patch test in advance. Glam By Kelly cannot be held responsible for reactions or complications resulting from information that was not disclosed prior to your appointment. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE To maintain a safe, comfortable, and professional environment, I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services when necessary, including situations involving: • Inappropriate, disrespectful, or threatening behavior. • Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs. • Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows. HEALTH & SAFETY The health and well-being of my guests and myself are incredibly important. If you’re experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness or infection, please reach out to reschedule your appointment. Let’s keep our salon space healthy and welcoming for everyone! PHOTOS & VIDEOS I love capturing beautiful transformations! Before-and-after photos or videos may be taken to showcase my work on my website, social media, and other professional marketing platforms.
